Welcome to country living at its finest. Somewhere In Time Guesthouse is located between Fredericksburg and Comfort. The cottage sets on 30 beautiful acres. The acreage has a spring fed pond and two seasonal creeks. The cottage was originally built by G.W. Grobe in 1890 as a smokehaus. Several times over the years the structure has been enlarged. The cabin includes modern conveniences including a claw-foot bathtub and shower, central heat and air, and queen-size bed.
The area abounds in wildlife, including deer, Rio Grande Turkey and many assorted songbirds. Relaxation and tranquility await your visit at Somewhere In Time Guesthouse.
Dear Sharron & Larry, This place is wonderful. Completely. We are leaving, but only reluctantly. For ages I've imagined the perfect place for a weekend away from it all. It would be a little rustic house, well away from any highways, surrounded by trees, and on a little creek. This is that place. I can't wait to see it in the spring time. The food was good and very plentiful! Your hospitality can't be beat. Thank you so much for making this place available, and so nice. Doyle & Susan- Boerne, TX Larry & Sharron, Everything was wonderful. This house and all the surrounding area was a perfect way to spend our first anniversary. Your land is beautiful. Brad & Heather- Austin, TX Dear Larry & Sharron, We really appreciate this opportunity to stay here. It brought back the peace and quiet that I knew as a child. It sure refreshes the soul. Thanks, Elaine & Ray- McAllen, TX |
